Atuhau Tupuhake Ha Niue is a student-led group that brings Niuean students together to connect, celebrate culture, and support one another throughout university. We aim to create a welcoming community that promotes academic sucess, cultural pride, belonging and opportunities for students to grow socially, personally and professionally.

We started AUTSISA because something was missing at AUT — clubs exist for Indian students broadly and for Hindu students, but nothing speaks to the Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam languages and traditions many of us grew up with. We wanted a space where South Indian students, whether from India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, or Singapore, feel truly at home, and where anyone curious about our culture is welcome to join in — through festivals like Pongal, Ugadi, Diwali, and Onam, food, movie nights, and community for new and international students. We're not here to compete with existing clubs, just to celebrate what makes South Indian culture special, and to team up with AUTISA, the Hindu Club, and others along the way.
The AUT Tuvaluan Student Association aims to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive community where Tuvaluan students can connect, build meaningful relationships, and feel a sense of belonging throughout their university journey. The association seeks to provide academic, social, and cultural support while celebrating Tuvalu identity, promoting leadership, and encouraging students to support one another. By bringing students together, the association hopes to ease the transition into university life, foster personal growth, and empower members to succeed both academically and beyond.
